Alliant caters to the mid- to large-employer market (100-5000 employees), including international companies with US subsidiaries, with a full array of consulting and brokerage services including account services, data analysis, benefit advocacy, compliance, wellness and employee communications. Alan has more than 18 years of experience in employee benefit consulting. He specializes in designing strategic benefit plans and creating alternative funding strategies for mid-sized and large employers. Alan is a licensed life and health insurance consultant, and has in-depth experience leading organizations through the benefit challenges of mergers and acquisitions. Alan graduated from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, ME where he earned his BA in Government and Legal Studies. He is a former president of the Maine Association of Health Underwriters (2011-2013) and has served on many non-profit boards in the Portland area over the years. |
